This agreement is between the four partners Hospitals.be, Biovia (FBM vzw), BioWin and lifetech.brussels (also referred to as “the organizers”/“we”/”our”), and the person who registers for and attends the event (also referred to as “you”/”your”). These Terms and Conditions govern your online registration and attendance or participation at Hospital.be Annual Congress + Health on Stage.be 2026.
By registering for the conference, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be legally bound by these Terms, please do not register or attend the conference. If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to make sure that the person attending is aware of and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Entry fees
Entry fees on the event’s Eventify page include all service and handling costs, as well as legally obliged taxes, including VAT. When using a direct payment method such as Maestro or a credit card, the user gives permission to the event organizers and any payment partner to enable payments. The organizers are not liable for errors resulting from the processing of the payment via a third-party payment provider.
Cancellation or postponement
All registration fees for Hospital.be Annual Congress + Health on Stage.be 2026 are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled or postponed. In the case of cancellation or postponement, our total liability to you is limited to the refund of registration fees paid. We are not liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement.
No refund will be given if a speaker or exhibitor or any other scheduled program is changed, canceled or presented at a different time than originally programmed, as long as the conference still takes place.
If the event is postponed, your registration and fees will automatically be applied to the rescheduled date. Should you wish a refund instead of attending on the rescheduled date, all fees will be refunded to you. Information on refunds will be available on the website should this be necessary.
We are not liable for refunds or for any other compensation if the conference is, in whole or in part, cancelled or postponed due to anything beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, acts of terrorism, labor strike, extreme weather, malicious damage, necessary compliance with any law or governmental order or mechanical, electronic or communications failure, or any other emergency that renders performance of the conference, in whole or in part, illegal or impossible.
Transfer of ticket
Entry tickets to the Hospital.be Annual Congress + Health on Stage.be 2026 may be transferred to another person a minimum of two weeks before the event by emailing info@healthonstage.be. Explicit approval by the organizer is required for the transfer. Reselling or otherwise transferring your ticket without the explicit approval of the organizer will void the ticket, and the ticketholder will not be permitted entry to the conference.
Attending the event
The organizers reserve the right to use any photographs or video taken at an event for communication purposes, including, but not limited to: social media, website posts, newsletters, press and digital or print campaigns. By attending the event, you give the event organizers explicit permission to publish these pictures or videos.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to eject anyone who we determine is behaving in a manner that could disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to the conference or to a conference attendee or attendees. We do this at our sole discretion and without any liability or obligation to refund the person ejected.
The organizers are not responsible for loss or theft of personal property at the conference. Neither we nor our partners are liable for personal injury, death or damage to personal property unless it has been determined that it is the result of negligence on our part or the part of one of our partners.
Views expressed by speakers at or in connection with Hospital.be Annual Congress + Health on Stage.be 2026 are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the organizers. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice given or views expressed during or in connection with the conference.
Materials may be shared or distributed at the conference by attendees. We do not provide any guarantees that the materials are complete or accurate and do not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any other person on any information provided at the conference.
